Helen Yang is currently Managing Director of Corporate Marketing & Sales for North Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, with responsibility for enabling accelerated business growth through advancing sales, marketing and innovation competencies, driving growth in strategic industries, and building a strong commercial talent pipeline.
Helen transferred to China from the United States in 2002. For the first four years in China, she was the Regional Director for Asia Pacific for one of the strategic business units in DuPont. In the United States, Helen held various positions in different business units and locations. Her experience spans sales, marketing, supply chain, research & development, and human resources, with both regional and global responsibilities.

James Flawn-Thomas is a seasoned technology leader who has fostered digital transformation in Europe, the US and more recently in China and India. He is currently head of IT at Roquette for the Asia Pacific region focusing on corporate Information Systems, both transaction and analytics, but also on digital marketing initiatives. He holds a Masters of Engineering and is candidate to a Masters of Business Administration from NYU Stern, HEC Paris and London School of Economics.
