MIT Technology Review’s awards competition seeks European talent
In 2016, the Innovators Under 35 community will select three European winners among all of the European innovators recognized this year
The prestigious publication MIT Technology Review launches a new, European Edition of the competition in France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Poland and Spain
Paris, January 21st, 2016. – The prestigious publication, property of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, MIT Technology Review, presents the new, European edition of the Innovators Under 35 Europe awards, with the collaboration of BNP Paribas and L’Atelier BNP Paribas. The new edition of Innovators Under 35 Europe 2016 returns with the aim of discovering and recognizing the talent of the most brilliant minds working on technological projects in European countries: Belgium, Germany, France, Poland and Spain.
Innovators Under 35 is the global community of innovators, pioneers and promotors of social change that have been recognized by MIT Technology Review in the United States since 1998 and which began to grow in Europe in 2009. This prestigious community already boasts more than 100 award winners who, through the competition, have obtained international recognition for their projects.
A jury organized by MIT Technology Review will select the best projects and two projects from each country will also receive the special mention of "Innovator of the Year" and "Social Innovator". Additionally, the 2016 edition will include the selection of three European winners amongst all of the innovators of 2016.
To close the 2016 edition, the entire community of Innovators Under 35 Europe will meet at the Summit Europe to address key issues in the form of challenges and solution proposals.
